One-liner
Eastbridge Games is an independent studio building strategy and tactics games in the Animus universe — small, legible worlds from a one-person studio shipping small and often.
Short description — 50 words
Eastbridge Games is a solo indie studio making strategy and tactics games. Its debut, Animus: Convergence, is a browser-native 4X space strategy in the Master of Orion tradition, launching in July 2026. A turn-based companion, Animus: Horizons, is in development.
Long description — 150 words
Eastbridge Games is an independent studio founded in April 2026 to make small, carefully-crafted strategy and tactics games. We believe in legible systems — rules you can read at a glance, numbers that don't hide behind curtains, and consequences that stick.
Our debut, Animus: Convergence, is a browser-native 4X space strategy in the Master of Orion tradition — procedural galaxies, 86 technologies, MOO2-style ship design, eight point-buy races, and a psychic field called the Animus that rewards the bold and breaks the careless. It launches in July 2026.
A companion title, Animus: Horizons, brings the same universe to turn-based ground tactics; release window TBD.
Separately, the studio is re-releasing Knights vs Aliens in May 2026 — a real-time tower-conquest game originally shipped to iPad in 2009 under the founder's previous studio, Prophetic Sky. It's free, browser-playable, and outside the Eastbridge portfolio narrative: a nostalgic detour, not a commercial debut.
